The food from here is exceptional, non better. However the past 2 orders have been seriously delayed. On both occasions I have had to call and enquire. The 1st time they stated that they hadn't got my order even though I read out the order number and payment taken. Secondly again I had to chase delivery as it was an hour behind the estimated time. Shame really as the food is outstanding.

Order placed at 20:20pm, with an estimated delivery time of 21:00pm, had to call to chase multiple times and order finally arrived at 21:40pm
